Nordic Naturals Vitamin B Complex, Energy Metabolism - 45 Capsules

the nutritionist I saw last week recommended this brand as one of the safe options! So I tried this. I have bought other versions /brands of this but taste and smell was quite awful. this brand /version is great. no terrible smell or taste. I threw out the other ones. will definitly buy again when needed

Did wonders for neuropathy from chemo. B vitamins were recommended by my doctors, Nordic Natural specifically because US vitamins are poorly regulated. I accidentally ran out and didn’t notice, but I did notice my neuropathy got worse for a month or so before I realized what the problem was. The biotin hasn’t seemed to help my paper thin nails, though.

I was using a sublingual B vitamin supplement, but switched to these for 3 months after reading a good review from HealthLine which did state as a "con" that some of the vitamins included were present at very high amounts. The only issue I have with these is that when I pee, it looks like someone emptied a gallon of "highlighter juice" into the toilet. Since riboflavin can cause your urine to be bright yellow, I'm assuming that it is the culprit here. Riboflavin is a water soluble vitamin so I'm not worried that this would be toxic as your body will excrete what isn't needed but I'd rather not pay more for a product that I'm literally pissing away. Switched back to my previous supplement and don't have this issue anymore.

I love Nordic naturals, this is the first b complex supplement I use by them but I've taken other supplements by NN, as well as kids vitamins for my little ones. I feel like these work since I have more energy compared to before I started taking them. They are small enough and super easy to swallow, definitely worth the money, they have no taste or bad smell, all in all a good supplement. I think I'm gonna stick with these for a while (and maybe long term if they don't change the formula lol)

I suffer from Trigeminal Neuralgia, and one effect is that I get huge lesions/blisters in my mouth very easily. I read that Vitamin B can help settle down TN. I tried cheaper B complexes, but they upset my stomach, caused headaches, a LOT of burping, etc. I have experience with Nordic Naturals because I take fish oil, so even though these are pricey, I gave them a try. Within a week my tongue was a lot less sensitive, and my mouth started to calm down. I did get one small lesion after eating salty food, but after a couple hours it simply went away. It has now been one month of taking Nordic Naturals B complex, and I really am much better. I still have to avoid inflammatory foods, of course, but this B complex is indispensable. I must also take a sub-lingual B12 vitamin, and if Nordic made those I would buy from them. My one complaint is the very high price for just 45 capsules, but at the same time I agree that the quality is better than that of competitors. I am also hoping that if I take these regularly for several months, that the symptoms will go away entirely. My mouth is so sensitive that even dental work (teeth cleaning) causes blister to form. If I get through my next check-up with no reaction, plan to update this review.
