Very sticky soft hitting feel. Super spin

Paddle def increased my game, but both the red and black padding started flipping back after 2 weeks of playing. I bought this paddle with 3 other friends because one of our friends has one and it works great. All 3 of ours are doing the same; falling apart at the padding and then also at the handle. We had to superglue the padding and handle back together.

Very disappointed considering the base model Killer spin is similarly priced. After playing one time the rubber started peeling off on both sides. I will be replacing soon.

I received this paddle yesterday with high expectations based on the many reviews. Intersting though that non of the 5 start ratings are coming from verified purchases.The good:It comes well packaged with protective pastic over both sides of the paddle (in addition to a plastic outer wrap).The case is nice and the pouch for ping pong balls is niceThe rubber is stickyThe bad:Though billed as a shakehand, it's a bit shorter than standard shake hand paddles, the taper from handle to paddle is more gradual, taking away from the usable grip. I found it very difficult to hold comfortably.Despite the sticky rubber, I found it very difficult to put good spin on the ball.It is heavy and the weight seems to be towards the handle. I like heavy paddles but the balance on this one does not work for me.The response from the paddle was not uniform and in many spots you hear a hollow sound when striking the ball. Power is low in these spots and you find yourself checking the ping pong ball for cracks. I suspect the lamination between the rubber and the paddle is not uniform.

I got one with defect. The paddle plane is deformed, bending to one side.

This paddle may have a decent pad and sponge, but it is too heavy. Because of it, it cuts into your hand and becomes unplayable after a while. I should have spent a little more for something more manageble.
