I have bought these several times. We make handmade cribbage boards so want nice cards to gift with the boards. These are very classy, very pliable, and we love the fact that they don't get either dog-eared or dirty over time. They are great cards and worth the money.

I grabbed these for a speakeasy-themed room I’m putting together, mostly just wanted something fun on the table. Didn’t expect much beyond “looks cool.”Then I turned the lights on. The black cards under moody colored lighting with the reflection off a wood surface? Genuinely stunning. They photograph beautifully too, which I wasn’t even thinking about when I bought them.The cards themselves are solid and sleek, feel more substantial than a regular deck. You can tell they’re well made.One honest note though: the case they come in is pretty flimsy. Thin plastic, nothing special. If you’re buying these for travel or regular use and you want to keep them protected, I’d grab a separate card box or tin. For display purposes it doesn’t matter at all since mine haven’t been near that case since day one.If your only goal is display or atmosphere, it’s a 10/10 no question. Just go in knowing the packaging doesn’t match the quality of the cards themselves.

They’re also waterproof, which is a nice bonus, and they shuffle better than I expected for plastic-style cards.That said, they’re a little slippery at first, so it takes a bit of getting used to. Also, in low light, the black background can make the numbers slightly harder to see compared to traditional cards.Overall, I’m happy with the purchase. The BEST poker, spades, or other card game cards, they are water proof, so if anything spills on them you just rinse them off and your good! Don't have to worry like with other cards you can even use soap so nothing is sticky! The glide and shuffle so smooth, they are the best cards ive ever purchased, I just bought 3 more packs for family members because they make great gifts too!!!

EDIT 11/19/20:They held up very good for about a year of daily use. My partner uses these cards to shuffle absentmindedly for hours on end, and because of that they now show lots of wear. The faces are smudged on most cards, a few illegible now, and the edges are peeling. They do not have cracks or bends though even after all the use. These cards definetly got their money's worth and we are happy, but they will no longer see guests, instead theyll be my partners shuffling deck forever.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Bad news first: The backs of the cards are holo and trick the eyes, but we were aware and do not mind. The faces of the cards are super easy to read thoughGood news: Easier to shuffle and play with in the hands than regular paper playing cards. They're very smooth as well, and the are indeed waterproof (we accidentally spilled some water on them already). They are also incredibly durable, they aren't able to be ripped like regular cards.We have only been using them a day, so I will update this review if/when they start to show fading/wear or anything else. Otherwise if the review is untouched, the cards are still kicking

These feel good and look great. Waterproof and washable means I can stop worrying about snacky-dust on fingers, and the texture is sufficient to prevent sticking together. But the edges... the backs delaminate just a little when the edges encounter something solid like a fingernail or even the edge of another card. They're going to get dinged-up, just like paper cards do. When one mark is bad enough to appear unique, I'll throw them out like paper cards... good that they're cheaper than really nice paper cards. Shuffling with them is lovely and they don't hold a bend - they stay flat.Not easy to read in low light but anything above that they're very crisp and clear.
