I mainly utilize this product to help me deal with headaches that I get when I decide to temporarily wean myself off caffeine. It is very helpful. I will take 1000mg in the morning (2 pills) and (1-2 pills in the evening). It helps to take this on an empty stomach utilizing water as it helps ensure that the amino acids get utilized without interference from other substances which can change how your body utilizes the pills. Trust me, this helps. You may need to adjust the dosage to best fit you. I am a 1-3 cup coffee drinker, or I drink 1 bang energy drink. I occasionally drink tea. However, every few weeks, I decide to quit for a month or so. This helps my body utilize caffeine the way it is intended too. However, it does take about a week to feel "normal" as my energy levels need to readjust. It has something to do with adenosine receptors... look it up. Anyways, these pills work for slight pain management. Plus they are opioid free, which matters.

Great energy but addicting

I can't even say enough about this brand! I tried others and they gave me headaches and didn't work. I used this for detoxing off the small amount of methodone I was on after 8 yrs. It worked so well, I told everyone I could about it. I wouldn't of been able to get through the PAWS without it. Life saver!!! Restores brain pathways, cures depression, helps with energy during the day, is great in everyway! Thank you for an incredible product!!!

My mood dramatically increases when I take this, but unfortunately, as with many other amino acid supplements I've tried, I get severe heartburn after taking it for a few consecutive days. I have a very sensitive stomach though.

My husband is mildly Bi-Polar. We've decided to try to treat him naturally and Phenylalanine is one of the treatments. He only takes this on an "as needed" basis, which turns out to be at least two days per week. (He has other regular supplements he takes daily). This is only for "extra support" on bad days. And it REALLY works. Before we got this, I tried all kinds of anti-depressants supplements and anti-anxiety supplements and calming herbs and nothing helped to off-set his "moods". I found this through a website for alternative bi-polar treatments and Margot Kidder the actress has her vitamin/supplement plan listed--with dosagse and detailed explanations. I am so happy with this product. Bi-Polar is truly a different mechanism than plain depression or anxiety. This product will stop a major bad episode in it's tracks. I will always have this in the house from now on.

It's really hard to say what works or does not work. I feel like I would be willing to give this another try since it did seem to lift my mood or make me less sensitive to certain situations and not dwell on them. Also trying 5htp which I started out using at night but it seemed to do the reverse for me giving me energy (says to take 1 hour before bedtime) but also possibly helping with mood & just a more positive outlook/ view. Their 100's but I break them in half & take 1/2 pieces of them say 2-3xs per day, when I remember. Started this supplement 1st so it could be a combo effect at this point. BOTTOM LINE EVERYONE IS SO DIFFERENT & IT SEEMS TO BE TRIAL & ERROR. I wish you luck finding what helps! I have read that it's good for certain medication withdrawals that some suffer, if that added tidbit helps. Try it & see... just read the reviews on various supplements it seems everyone reacts so differently to everything we take. Just like some have allergies & some don't I suppose. I have suffered w/ extreme depression & anxiety since I was 13 (now 42). Have gone through MANY different Rx/herbal/clinical therapies, and this product has been life-changing in a very short time. I believe in the "shot-gun" approach: use as many tools as you can to help yourself (prescription meds, diet, herbs/supplements, exercise, therapist, light box, vit. D). None of them have to work completely, but all together, it makes a huge difference. This has given me energy & focus I NEVER had, zest for life, an ability to handle stresses...I tell my husband (who keeps mentioning what a HUGE difference he has noticed) that this must be how "normal" people live. This brand works the best for me. I take 1 pill in the morning at least a half hour before breakfast (ok w/ coffee), as per bottle's directions. Since I take a large dose of Welbutrin (which also works on dopamine receptors), I only take the one 500mg, and 3 days on, then 1 off. Too much of a "good thing" makes me jittery w/ OCD symptoms. I am only telling you what I do, not what YOU should do. But all the docs I have seen think only pharmaceuticals are the answer, and for me, they have not been. I do lots of research and listen to how I feel. Most doctors think you should listen to them blindly, but this is my LIFE, and it affects my family's as well. Make your own educated decision, but I highly recommend this particular product.

Ok, so I was skeptical about this product at first, but literally Day 1, I could tell the difference in my energy and mood! I saw this product on a TikTok, and wanted to try it out but I thought it may be a hoax- it wasn’t! I feel great, have increased energy and I’ve lost weight bc I’m not stress eating all day anymore. I highly recommend this product- one thing I will warn you of- I had headaches every evening for about a week of taking this product but after about a week/ week and a half I have stopped having the headaches and I’ve been taking it for a month now :) I have recommended this product to a couple people I know who I feel will benefit from this. Not only does it help with my anxiety and depression, and helped me lose a small amount of weight, it helped with my UlnarNeuropathy pain! I love this product, and I am going to be a long time customer!

tal vez para empezar con dlpa están bien porque no causan efectos o malestar. A mí no me han molestado, pero tampoco sé si me estén ayudando después de un mes de tomarlas. Las estoy probando para complementar con otros neuro transmisores que si me han funcionado, pero veré si con otra marca me ayuda más
