I purchased this for my office on Feb 19, 2019. It quit working completely on Sept 12, 2019 and would not even turn on so we could back it up. I contacted the seller who said it’s outside the 90 day window. Clearly they don’t think one of their computers should last longer than 3 months. Buyer beware of this seller

DOA. Computer powered on, beeped 2-3 times but NO display on confirmed working monitor. The keyboard had shattered plastic when it was unboxed. Expected much more from Amazon certified refurbished equipment seller.

the first refurbished that I ever had an issue with ! it crashed as soon as I set it up!

The HDMI and WiFi adapters were missing. I tried to contact tech support and never got a response. Computer had dust in it. Other than that the computer works well.

This computer is great, following the direction on not over loading the computer with downloads , keep it clean .full of speed and great programs.

this unit was older than it was said to be . had a virus and took it to be fixed and they laughed and said it was old.

Good for the investmentWorking as expected.Looks like new, fresh windows installation. 2 Terabites of memory is enough for my needs.

Hard drive crashed after 4 months!
