Is this good With koleston 12/16?

I’m not in a salon anymore keeping up with speed on colours, now I do know that it all depends on previous hair colour, tone of your own hair, virgin hair or processed and type of blonde. There is so much to take into account. Some to say that the colour your planning on using can turn salmon pink if not used with the correct peroxide, whilst others say an ash. As I said all depends on the above. Try a forum called salon geek, it’s really good to put your questions up there for more specific view from professionals, I know it’s frustrating in lockdown times not being able to visit our hairdressers. I hope I’ve been of some help :)

Would i be able to use this with bleach powder and a black colour?

If your bleaching, personally id use 30 or 40 vol developer

Does this go off once bottle opened?

The developer does not go off once opened - use what you need and store for future use - I use my 1 litre carton every fortnight until it needs replaced.

Ive bleached my hair but have sime orangy tones but i want to put a lilac colour on it so do i need this to get rid of the orange bits first?

Best to bleach it again to get rid of the orange it should bring it up lighter for you to put a colour on it. Check youtube it's very good to answer your question
