These work wonders for whatever digestive issues I had going on. I drink one a day and after my first box much of my abdominal pain was much less or gone all together. Love the flavor and the boost after drinking one of these. I haven't noticed increased energy levels, but I did notice that when I stopped drinking these after having 1 a day for 5 days (when I felt sick), that I noticed a huge drop in my immune system, so I knew these were working!! I just wish they were slightly less expensive

I like that it comes in a little glass bottle that is recyclable. Be careful when opening though because if you spill it stains lol I spilled some in my pregnant clumsiness on my baby pink nursing bra and now there's a few orange stain spots, oh well. The taste is actually delicious and grows on you. Especially if you like ginger, which I do! Theres a slight spice, lemon flavor to it that is refreshing. The first time I tried it, it was my first health shot drink I've ever tried so I didn't know what to expect, so it was a bit strong and slightly spicy but I like spicy foods. I am 38 weeks pregnant and started getting pretty bad nausea with the Braxton hicks contractions and needed some relief and didn't want to take any meds. I got the turmeric flavor since turmeric is supposed to help with pain. I can't say it helps pain but then again pregnancy aches are serious at this stage so maybe it does help. However with my nausea it's very helpful but some (rare) days I will need to take a 2nd shot in the evening which I try not to do since I've also got insomnia lately. I don't notice a big energy boost but I'm just tired in general right now and this does help me get through the day. I suggest subscribe and save for the discount if you have enough items subscribed. It also helps when I'm having bad acid reflux/indigestion issues and works within the hour. A great natural option for nausea and mild aches. Extremely too much pepper or something still burns for awhile after taking. Will not order again. Not sure if it actually does anything because I wasn't able to finish them.
