GET THIS NOW!!! I'm a athletic Male. I run, work in boots, play basketball, go outside barefooted. Calluses build up over time, heels get cracked, foot gets dry and peeling... I was making semi-regular trips to the salon for my foot. I'd get the $35 package and leave, usually, a $5 tip after being there, sometimes for over an hour. Due to my current location, I don't have access to a salon, but I'm constantly in boots, shoes, etc. Bought this thing to try it out after I could see the imprint of the growing callus on the outside of my big toe(s), through my shoe!!!! Took it back to my room, read the simple instructions: (Summary) Use dry, no need for any "pre softening" products. Ok, kick my boots off, snap the pediexpert together easy enough, start scrubbing. now it has a fine scrubber on the underside of the other half that is not shown in the picture. I used that on the course, peeling, underside of my foot. not to abrasive, but effective. Worked awesome dry! turned everything to powder and made my skins smooth! I use the more abrasive side on my peeling/cracked heel and the huge calluses on my big toe. Back up; When you snap it together, there's a "pocket" that catches the debris as you scrub with the abrasive grater, so I couldn't see what was coming off. At the time, all I could see was the callus disappearing with little effort. Then, I could feel sensation in that area of my skin again, where the callus was wearing away and I was getting to my soft skin again. I flip it over and finish it off with the less abrasive side. Done! Less than 10 min, no water, no "pre" products, no sitting and waiting! Feet looked great, felt great!! Done? NOPE!!! I did this on the hard wood floor. Didn't really see any residue, but the pedi kit comes with a clipper and file too, so while I was there, I clipped my toes and the clippings where what I saw on the floor to be cleaned up. I'm sweeping the clippings into a pile and they are overshadowed by the accumulation of this white powder that is getting bigger and bigger as I sweep it into a pile!!! it was like sweeping baby powder in a pile, that you didn't know was on the floor to begin with! I opened the case and there's a huge collection of what was my callus, ground up in the pocket/tray/whatever. I knew it removed the old skin from my feet, but to see what it did and the texture in totality was amazing and evidence of how great it worked, with so little effort and such short time!!! Went and showered, slapped some foot goo on my feet and went to sleep smiling HaHa!! That's the point to this second half rant lol! Made me think of how hard the person doing my foot seemed to have been working/focusing and how effortlessly I got the job done for $13 that is reusable! Now, I'll still go back and get my cuticles cleaned, toenails clipped professionally, etc, but I don't have to pay for the foot scrubbing package.

I work in an assisted living environment with individuals with intellectual disabilities. My primary consumer that I work with has dealt with severely dry, cracked feet for quite some time now. I'd put lotion of varying strength on his feet and natural products like coconut oil at least 3 days a day for weeks. While it improved the appearance a little bit, if I were to miss a day, it would look just as bad as it always had. His skin was so hard and dry, it was like it created a barrier that the lotion could not penetrate. The pedi-egg was an option I considered to to remove all the dry, callused skin. I have no prior experience with pedicures,never have received one, never given one or anything of the like. I decided on this product because it seemed to have better overall reviews. When I got it, I immediately tried it out the first time I could. We soaked his feet first to soften the skin. After the first go around, I could definitely tell a difference in some spots. But like I said, his feet were severely dry. The shavings that this thing collected, though was crazy. I had to empty it in the trash between feet. We decided to another pedicure later on that day just to see what more we could collect, and just from the first and second pedicures, the appearance in his feet had drastically changed. We have done 4 so far while applying lotion daily between pedicures. His feet are almost "normal"- like they belong to the body of a live person! I may do one more pedicure but after that, it only has to be a thing he does every so often depending on how bad his feet get again. Odds are, your feet aren't as dry and cracked as this individual's. And also, you're more likely a woman. I can't say this is better than any other product like it, but I can tell you with 100% certainty that this thing is the real deal. I'm really happy with this.

Could you walk across hot coals? Do you affectionately refer to your feet as cloven hooves? Then this is the product for you! I’ve tried store bought callus removers, callus softening gels, a combination of the two, the ped egg, the ped egg foot file, a more expensive (higher powered foot file), a cheese grater, those purple pumice blocks, a dremmel, urea cream, coarse sand paper, professional pedicure graters, and combinations of all of the above—you name it, I’ve tried it. My next step (if this didn’t work) was an electric sander, fortunately this did the trick. I do have to purchase a new one each month, because my feet are so horrendous, they dull the blade quickly. It takes some elbow grease, but I swear I probably loose a pound of dead skin, every time I use it. If you just have small callouses or a bit of dead skin, be careful, because this product is serious-maybe invest in a ped egg instead, their blades aren’t as sharp. If you could walk barefoot across gravel, give this a try—it’s well worth the $11.

I owned a Pedegg for a long time and finally needed a replacement. I liked my Pedegg but I had problem with my grip from time to time. After browsing around and I decided to give Revlon Pedi a try. I only use it once so far and I love the grip. It doesn’t slip out of my hand at all. It works well and does the job fine. It is cheaper than a Pedegg and it comes with a nail clipper and a nail file, bonus. The catch-all compartment is easy to open and empty (unlike my old Pedegg that always had to struggle to open its cover.) The only issue that I experience so far is that it doesn’t catch-all like it said. It catches most and I manage to make a small mess on my floor. My feet are smooth now but I need to vacuum my floor. Not a bad deal under 10 bucks if you don’t mind a small mess.

I rarely ever write actual reviews because I am honestly just so lazy. I am taking the time to sit here and write this, and that's because this thing is fantastic. I usually get pedicures for three reasons: 1) I just generally don't like feet; 2) I love the calf massages so much; and 3) I (usually) dance, hike, walk a ton, etc. so my feet are constantly covered in dry and dead skin. However, with finances being as they are and, well, the pandemic, obviously I am not hitting up the nail salon these days. It got to the point last week that my heels were so dry and gross that they wouldn't stop itching. It was driving me insane. What could I do except make an impromptu Pandemic Purchase™? I used this for the first time when it arrived on Monday. No soaking my feet, no shower, completely dry feet. I'd read some reviews about going a little too hardcore on wet feet and ending up with sore skin, so I wanted to avoid that and, honestly, I was a little too excited to take the time for an extra step between bringing the package inside and testing it out. Oh my god. Y'all. It was incredible. The little storage compartment doesn't work the best so if you hold it in a certain way, the sands of feet will pile up on your floor. It was actually incredibly gross to see the tiny mountains when I was done. However, it was grosser to think that all of that was on my feet mere moments before. Ugh. Flash forward to Tuesday. My heels were still a little itchy. I was thinking: "Huh, maybe I was a little too conservative with my new toy yesterday." I figured I might as well pamper myself a little while I'm at it. It's been a long pandemic for us all, so no judgments. I soaked my feet for like half an hour in hot water with these little "shower soak" things I made using baking soda and essential oils (don't tell me you haven't been browsing Pinterest too). Afterwards, I dried my feet and let them be for a few minutes so they weren't super soft anymore. I waited for that sweet spot when my dead skin was still pale or discoloured in comparison to the rest of my feet to identify the problem spots, and then I went to town. It didn't look like much was coming off until I was done, but wow. The towel I'd (ingeniously) left on the floor went from blue to white fast and the little compartment was full of skin. I was amazed at how disgusting and incredible it was. I put on some lotion and socks, decided to call it a night. By this point, I'm sure you can tell that I was already in love with this handy dandy little tool. You might be thinking: "This review must be over, right? There's no way there could be more." WRONG. I haven't even gotten to the best part. I have had this weird patch of dry skin on the right side of my right foot under my ankle for like 2 years now. Where did it come from? Why is it there? Will any amount of lotion ever fix it? I don't have these answers, but I do have this fun new tool. So, I decided to try it out. Worse comes to worst, I just don't have skin anymore, right? I definitely got the best case scenario, though - a little compartment full of weird skin flakes and soft, smooth skin where the weird dry patch used to be!! Anyways, this thing is incredible and you should get one for yourself and one for every person you know that has feet or dry skin.

I don't usually leave reviews but oh my God this thing works. I have tried so many different types of foot files and none have worked as good as this one. It shredded through my thick calluses with ease. And left my feet super soft.

I'd been wanting one of these foot grater things to help get rid of the dry skin on my feet. Normally, in the shower I'd scrape/ scratch uff as much as I could with my fingernails, but could never get it all. I'd heard of ped eggs and looked into getting one, but a lot of the reviews seemed disappointed, so I kept looking until I found this, which happens to be half the price. I am SOOO glad I got it! The first time I used it took off SO much dead skin and I didn't have any issues with overdoing it (i.e., grating my skin raw). I used it while I was watching TV. The grater bit holds most of the dead skin, but I still got some on the floor under me, so I vacuumed after. My feet have stayed soft for a week or two since then. Highly recommend!

Just to let you know where this is coming from, I am a man with large, working hands and very specific skin care needs. So, I am often frustrated at the delicacy and potency of most commercial skin-care products as they are most often designed primarily for women. I wear out scrubbers, brushes, and Ped Eggs at an alarming pace, and they are never aggressive enough. So when I dropped and broke my 200th(?) Ped Egg and I was shopping for a new one, I found this Pedicure Kit by Revlon. I will never buy another ped egg again! This Revlon product is more aggressive, works much faster, and requires less energy and effort. Besides having sharper, and ever-so-slightly higher blades, the panel is slightly curved outward - if you lay it flat on the blades, you can see it rock side-to-side. This makes it easier to work around the shapes, curves and corners wherever you use it. This is by far the better product for me. I am buying 2 more just to have them, and one is going in my travel bag.

Finally something that works!! I've had hard skin on my feet, particularly around the sides of my big toe and some annoying odd shaped hardness around my heels for a while now. It wasn't uncomfortable, more annoying. At times I've used a Stanley knife blade to shave bits away but this is dangerous and has resulted in going too deep and hurting, so I decided to look for something more sensible. This product is absolutely amazing. Comprising of basically a mini cheese grater that works both going froward and backward, this easily cuts away at the toughened skin without any danger of harming yourself. Once you've got off what you feel is adequate you can then swap the grater for a much finer, almost sandpaper like attachment that slots onto the handle part and finish the job off to a smooth surface. I'd recommend going in the bath afterwards and soaking it, perhaps adding some coconut oil or olive oil once you've got out to leave your skin perfectly soft. Another bonus is that all of the kit fits inside itself, a bit like a Russian doll.

This is my second one of these. My first one I’ve had for years and it’s gone a little blunt. So easy to use, catches all the shaved skin and leaves your feet so smooth and looking great. I would highly recommend the Revlon Pediexpert Kit, it’s worth every cent!
