Great fit and a great bargain
I highly recommend these gloves. I put 2400 miles on these gloves in 7 days, when they were brand new and had never been worn. The build quality was good and the gloves still look like new after my trip. I ordered extra large size for my extra large hands. They're easy to get on and off, and yet still give me a perfect feel for the Electra Glide's handle bars. The fit was great, the ventilation was great, and I felt the skid protection was exactly at the level I expected from fingerless gloves. They have plenty of leather right where I need it, it the palm, and not too much between the fingers etc. where it would get in the way. The mesh top is nice and thick, had no issues with fraying etc., and probably would provide at least some protection in a road-rash situation. The colors went very well with my black & silver Tour Master jacket.

Wash Them? You're Supposed to Wash Them?
Update: 14 September 2014 - My Kucharick gloves have already failed completely, so I am ordering another pair of these Airius mesh-back gloves. The synthetic leather/suede is far more durable than the natural leather used by Kucharick. Also, I prefer having a sweat/snot-strip by the thumb.I bought my second pair of these gloves in April 2013 and am writing this review in June 2014 while awaiting delivery of a pair of replacement gloves. My first pair was lost in my neighborhood (I left them on my bike's rack when I took a short ride - they fell off and one of my neighbors got a good deal on slightly used cycling gloves)These gloves are super inexpensive and that's why I originally bought them. Also, they're plain-looking, and while I'm not Amish, I like wearing stuff that's functional and doesn't attract a lot of attention. I bought my second pair in April of last year because I liked the first pair. These gloves are not bulky, which makes them more comfortable for me to wear while riding. They come with a snot/sweat wipe on each thumb (which works); have a crochet mesh back that also serves to wipe sweat, keep my hands relatively cool in hot, Tennessee summer weather. The Airius logo on the velcro closure isn't obtrusive. As other reviewers have noted, the Airius Retro Mesh half-finger gloves run a little large. I wear a medium glove and the medium Airius is little big for my hand. The small pair purchased for my wife is a little too small for my hands. I usually pull the velcro fastener as tight as it goes on my gloves and they fit okay.Another reviewer mentioned washing his or her Airius mesh gloves. Wash them? You're supposed to wash cycling gloves? Who knew. I've never washed mine, and they are probably encrusted with salt from my sweat, as well as, well, you know. This year, I've got about a thousand miles on them, and the gloves are wearing out where the thumbs and palms meet, on both left and right glove. Left more than right. I can see skin through the stressed leather. Of course, that's the part of the glove that makes contact with my face and nose for wiping sweat and snot. I've also found, and this may be a contributing factor, at the end of longer rides, the suede palms are soaking wet with perspiration from my hands, and since it is humid in Tennessee, the gloves are often damp the next day when I put them on for another ride.In terms of leather palm durability, this pair has survived two or three non-serious crashes, protecting my palms from abrasion. I'm not a graceful rider, and sometimes take my roadbikes on dirt roads or through semi-gravel parking lots to reach a dirt path to some other part of town, so I sometimes crash.I wear these gloves for all roadbike excursions, outside temps permitting, from three to 60 miles, as well as easy mountainbiking on disused, back-country roads and woods. Did wear them attempting a single-track course and they survived my crashes there, too.I'd recommend these to a friend and like them so well that I experienced mild anxiety while searching for replacements from other manufacturers. I settled on a pair of Kucharik crochet-back gloves at nearly three times the cost and honestly cannot tell you why except I think the Kucharik's might last a bit longer, however, they have no snot wipe on the thumbs. One other word about these gloves and sweat. I know someone with hyperhidrosis who has a pair, and finds them comfortable and non-problematic to wear while riding.

They're GRRRRRReat! 1st Gloves I've Actually Liked!
These are the PERFECT 3-season gloves! Padded...but not TOO padded (Too much padding is not a good thing!); They're inexpensive; they look and feel nice! Basically, everything i want in a cycling glove! I had tried more expensive gloves...and hated them/don't wear them. Figured I might as well try these...and wish I would have done so a lot sooner! Don't waste your money on Pearl Izumi and the like- these gloves are 10x better! These are the only gloves that I have found comfortable enough to want to wear on every ride- every other glove I tried caused discomfort. I wouldn't leave home [on the bike] without them. The beauty is, they're comfortable in the hottest weather (I've worn them when it was 99*F -and hardly even noticed I was wearing them) and I've worn them in the 40's, and was comfortable. I'll be ordering more of these! Oh please, please, never stop making these!

Good for the price.
I live in a warm climate and bought these gloves based on the recommendation of a friend. I've been using them for several months and have been satisfied but not quite impressed. As an inexpensive and lightweight pair of gloves for recreational riding or commuting, these gloves will do you just fine. But if you plan on doing any more aggressive riding or training, especially in a position in which your weight will be evenly distributed between your hands and your butt (as with the forward-leaning position on a road bike) I think you'll find the padding on the center of the hand to be somewhat lacking. They're comfortable for a while, but don't have the proper moisture-management qualities of higher-end gloves designed for training, and the padding is (as said above) much more tailored toward recreational riding than road running. But if you're looking for a lightweight and inexpensive glove for a warmer climate or the summer months, look no further. Really a great glove for casual occasions or light riding around town.

Buy gloves somewhere else
I ordered the large mens gloves and they arrived in a timely manner and well packaged. But that's it. I would not buy these again. They are too small so if you order them, order a larger size than you need. They are cheap gloves. I would not waste my money. I can't even wear them. Better to buy a different glove somewhere else. As far as I'm concerned it was a waste of $10-12 or whatever they cost.
