Are these okay for my 9 month old?

Yes, should be fine. although, they can peel it off so just don’t leave the baby unsupervised with it on. I used for my daughter at 13 months and she didn’t like having it on her forehead or back. They didn’t stay cool for very long but her fever was 102 so that could be why. A cool bath was more effective at bringing down her temp.
