Forget the rest, Midwest barrel passes the test, A+
Planning on using this barrel for a vanity sink project. I am generally skeptical about ordering things online, Amazon included, but took the chance on this. I can state without hesitation that I am overjoyed with the results. The barrel is authentic, from Heaven Hill Distillery. I it is oh so imperfect that it is perfect in every way. Price was extremely fair considering that shipping this item eats a lot of the overall price. Arrived 2 days after ordering via Fedex, in perfect shape. I will be ordering from MWB again. You can trust you will get your monies worth and then some. My anxity of ordering online has been calmed and I can get on with the project at hand. Amazing experience
Completely exceeded my expectations, beautiful barrel, almost brand new with small amounts of whiskey stains but enough to authenticate, super heavy and great quality. My husband loved it! The smell is wonderful and not over powering for a Whiskey lover. Plan to purchase another. Shipping was costly, but arrived 4 days sooner than expected. Just thrilled with it.

Perfectly imperfect!
Exactly what we were looking for. Reasonably priced and shipped quickly. Love the overall look and detail. Plan is to use it in our bar room. It is going to be amazing! May need to order another one just to have sitting out to enjoy the look and character. Highly recommend if you have been searching for a barrel like this.

i loved it but the side has a big crack. Request a replacement of the barrel.

Exactly what I was looking for.
So glad I made the jump, and ordered these two whiskey barrels. Was a bit apprehensive thinking they may be too light in color or something, but they look aged, and rustic which is the look I was totally going for. Shipping was lightening fast which is another plus, and I received both of them in just a few days. Awesome seller! 👍
