No. You can tighten the belt so there is no bounce. I spin the phone around to the small of my back and it doesn't bounce.

Will money and other things get wet from sweating?

I haven't found that to be the case and I have been very sweaty while wearing it.

Will it fit 45" waist?

Hi I don't think it would. My waist is a 38 and I have a little to spare on both ends. Sorry!
