I would say Medium. I’m a 35 waist and Large works for me. BTW the Bamboo are the best.

I don’t know but these are tight Not as tight as a boxer brief tighter than regular boxers which tend to be large in the legs. So I would pick a size larger than my waist if you care about how they feel on your butt
