From bee stings to stomach problems, from the sniffles to raging sore throats, this book has been invaluable to me and my family. It's the first one I pull out when one of my children have an ailment. It provides detailed information on the homeopathic remedies that would be most effective for the symptom. This book has kept us out of the pediatrician's office many times, stopping or improving colds before they lead to an asthma attack or bronchitis (as they had so many times in the past) and has provided much comfort on days where a doctor isn't necessary (like a bee sting or bellyache)! My one grip; there is no index in this book so I do suggest reading it from cover to cover so you have an idea what's in it. Once you know the book well, it's easier to find the information you need quickly.

I read this quickly but it is packed with information and insights. I learned a lot about my constitutional type and acute remedies. I will be picking up other books from the author as well. Thank you!

If you are a novice & or a knowledgeable homeopath & want to explain to others, how to use remedies in a simplified manner, this is your bible.I consider myself a student & like to let people read it to understand what it's all about. I usually use other books to prescribe,However in a pinch or to confirm my choices it's quick & easy reading, & Dr Luc's explanation of remedies & personalities are always extremely entertaining!!!Joanne Ruta

Easy to understand, complements traditional medicine to cure simple health issues. Got rid of my shoulder pain following and understanding homeophatic principles.

Information from this book was sufficient to resolve a few quite bad acute situations in my life already. Greatly written and understandably indexed information. I read most books written by Dr. Luc. They are all gold. His love for humanity shows up in all his works.

I reference this book often. He has some nice diagrams that show which remedy applies to the area and symptoms. Also info on remedies and how to build a case. I'm a novice Mom who is trying to heal children in safest most effective way possible. really like this book!

Very well written with many jewels, quite personally described , not just a copy of existing facts

I got a good amount of info from this book, but finding the correct remedy is just not easy and I will stick to the internet for that info. I believe this book is over-priced.

As an avid amateur home-remedy type of person, I swore by Miranda's Castro's Complete Homeopathy Book for many years. This one, however, is simpler and gets to the point quicker. It's not designed for chronic illness, but it does cover the most common homeopathic types and it is easy to see which remedy could be the best one because of the way the book is laid out. There is a really helpful chapter on how to use the remedies, and instructions on how to use the book. All in all, pretty good, I'm glad I bought it.

I got this book on Kindle, I love Dr Luc. The book is really good, one I will be using frequently but think I will be getting a hard copy of it. I discovered that this type of book doesn't work well on kindle even though I have it on my iPad as well.Dr Luc gives very clear advice and instruction it is a really good book and a must have!
