Does the job
Arrived the next day, very happy with the sleek design and for the price it looks good quality too. I couldn’t justify spending hundreds on an hairdryer when at the end of the day they all pretty much do the same thing and this one definitely doesn’t disappoint for a fraction of the price. I have short bob length hair I let it dry naturally for a while then finish it off with the hairdryer then straighteners. It’s a powerful tool that doesn’t get too hot but dried my hair in no time without damaging it (bonus). The cord is a good decent length too. The slight downside for me is that it’s a bit heavier than my old hairdryer but because it doesn’t take long to dry my hair it’s not a big deal to me but maybe for some. Overall I’m happy to recommend it!

Excellent fast dryer.
Powerful dryer. Excellent value. I have thick curly hair and need a babylis pro so that I could attach a universal babylis diffuser. This was it. I have another babylis but as it came with it own diffuser the universal wouldn’t fit. That diffuser broke. Get a pro folks.

Bonjour Commande faite le 12 mai. Réception le 3 juin suite à une conversation avec le transporteur qui à reconnu son erreur. Mais le pire : mon sèche cheveux à une prise Américaine... Pas sérieux.

Very bad customer service
Product was ok but i wanted to return it. Custumer support made it impossible for me to return it with their complicated return instructions. Asked me to pay for the shipping cost which is more than the value of the product.
