How well does this interface perform in regards to latency?

Since this interface has a DIRECT MONITOR option in the front you can hear what is being fed into the audio interface with almost 0 latency, but if you are not using the direct monitor option and only using a headphone in your audio jack/USB in your computer you will experience latency.

Will it support ios on ipad pro?

The inputs only record at 16-bit. It can record in either 44.1kHz or 48kHz.

Can I connect my Krk Rokit 5's to this audio interface?

There are 1/4 inch outputs on the back of the audio interface so, yes. I have mine running to my Yamaha HS5's via 1/4 inch to XLR cables. Hope that helps.
