Is this pump suitable for salt water?

May be, but the productivity is very low, the data (800L/h, 5m) does not correspond to reality.

Do you need to purchase a solar panel for this pump

The power consumption is small. It can be run from a small transformer, even a plug type one provided it puts out 1 amp or more will do it. A small solar panel can do it too.

How many Watt is this pump use?

I'm guessing about 20-Watts based on how I have it setup. Please bare in mind that the higher the head the pump needs to push against, the higher the draw current will be hence a higher wattage may be observed.
