I purchased this AIIAT Smart Passive Infrared PIR motion detector to use as an extra security measure in my home office and it arrived in good time.We have a burglar alarm system in the home but the sensors are only downstairs so the upstairs required something temporary as are living in a rental property and and cannot install anything permanent on the walls.I searched online for easy to install security motion detectors and came across this product which seems very good value for money and is fast and easy to set up.It comes with secure tape to attach it to a wall or door frame and batteries are also included.You simply download the smart life app on your phone then connect the 2 together with your home WIFI.Great for when your away from home it will send notifications to your phone to keep you in peach of mind. (seems to be very responsive also)Well packaged and small enough to not easily be noticed or take away the look of any decor close to where it is positioned.Overall great product at a reasonable price and I highly recommend this to anyone looking for that extra security at home.

I bought it for my holidays apartment. So everything worked perfectly when I was there. But when I left it in 1 or 2 weeks time application erased all log of movements. So I thought that the device was disconnected from WiFi or no battery left. It’s not an option to check if connection is good. You mobile device has to be connected to same WiFi spot. But then, when I asked my friend to visit my flat and check, I immediately received push notification. So it worked properly all the time. So I would recommend to manufacturer to store full log and provide proof of connection. And also it would be better if device had lan connection option.

Bought one of these to detect when our cat comes home as he's stopped meowing to get in, and we can't leave the door open.While it only scans every 2 or 4 minutes, we've found the 2 is fine,Giving it a 4 overall because the light is very obvious and the pairing process takes a bit of time, otherwise it's a good product!

Fast delivery, simple to set up and easy to use.Downside is it won't pick up as a device for my Alexa app.I did have an issue with the decive recognition being spotty but the company replaced the device and this solved my issues.If you wouldn't want the Alexa function then a great little bit of kit.

It does work! A real waste of money

This little thing has been very useful for me. I rented a villa on a small island in the southern hemisphere, just connect it with wifi and it work as an motion alarm system. Send you notifications on your smartphone in real-time.

Would give this item zero stars if I could it advertised that would work with Alexa when I got it. No such luck then after I spoke to amazon support they updated the page . So if you want to work without Alexa will be okay but even then the sensor does not work correctly
