Good features terrible fitment
Stealth Helmets Cross Tour (from Vega Helmets)I ordered a medium, which according to the seller's size chart fits 57 to 58 cm heads (This is the same sizing for almost every helmet manufacturer) my head is almost exactly 57 cm and I own several medium sized helmets that fit just fine.Fit: I found the helmet so uncomfortable that I had my wife and sister (both wear a medium helmet) try it on to make sure that it wasn't just me (and it wasn't). There was a lot of pressure just above the brows and the dense foam core could be felt pressing against the forehead (the pressure was uniform so it was not just a helmet shape issue). The cheek pads were also so tight that I could not move my jaw at all without my teeth rubbing hard against the inside of my cheeks. This is the main reason for the poor review. The sizing for this helmet is dead wrong and at least one size smaller than what the size chart claims. Regardless of what features a helmet has, if it does not fit properly then it is more of a hazard to the user than a benefit.Features and Function:The helmet I got had black on white w/ gray graphics. There were some small defects in the graphics, but it looked good and modern overall. This helmet came with a clear main shield, a retractable tinted Shield and a removable visor. Despite that it did not fit me properly, I really liked the features. It had a good field of vision and when I took it on some local single track I did not feel the need to remove the helmet to see where I was going. The drop-down tinted shield could definitely be darker but it was just dark enough to remove most sun glare (I suppose if somebody really wanted darker sheilds they could probably exchange the main clear shield with a tinted one). It is also beneficial because it provides eye protection and the clear Shield can be lifted up to increase airflow in the helmet on warm days, and because one no longer has to worry about losing sunglasses. The chinstrap is padded and secured by a double d-ring and has a snap to secure the end from 'wind flap'. The main vent opens and closes but could be designed to allow more airflow. There are two smaller vents to either side of the main event that are always open and an additional two small vents above the shield that are also always open. There are an additional two (very small) vents located on top of the helmet that can be opened or closed oh, and I could not really tell any difference when they were either opened or closed. There are six 'exhaust' vents on the backside of the helmet that cannot be closed. I found the venting to be a bit insufficient unless you were traveling at interstate speeds (this is where lifting the clear shield and using the drop-down sun shield was a lifesaver and compensated for the poor venting). In fact, I could not even notice the difference at all with the vents open or closed at any speeds under 50 miles per hour. It was still much better venting than a street helmet. There was no chin webbing, so this helmet might be a little bit chilly riding on extremely cold days. The helmet weighed in at 3 lb 11 oz. Which isn't as light as some ridiculously more expensive helmets, but is not noticeably heavy either.I tested this helmet on relatively warm days in temperatures ranging from about 61° - 94°F (16° - 34°C) with relative humidity between about 18% - 59% and no rainfall. When I went out early when it was still humid (at least four our dry climate), the helmet had some obvious fogging problems at anything less than highway speeds. I could only imagine how bad it would be in a more humid environment or colder mornings. The visor is removable with a Phillips screwdriver. The downside is there are separate pieces that are needed to hold the shield in place when you remove the visor. Having these extra parts to keep track of could be a nuisance and difficult for some (me included). There was almost no wind pull at anything below freeway speeds, ...until you turned your head to the side. The helmet had a significant amount of wind pull when you turn your head to the side at highway speeds (50mph+). This was reduced but not eliminated with the visor removed (I think a lot of other dual sport helmets and most dirt helmets have the same issue). As is also common with dual sport helmets, especially lower-cost ones there was significant wind noise near an above highway speeds that increased with speed. Again this was not anywhere near as bad as a dirt helmet, but still worse than most decent Street helmets. Conclusion:This helmet has a lot of features for the price point. The downsides to this helmets could probably be overlooked if it fit. I really wanted to like it. However, an uncomfortable helmet is a distraction and a hazard and an improperly fitting helmet does not provide proper protection. Due to the completely wrong fitment, It was unbearable to wear for very long. Since I do not know anybody with that small of a head this helmet will probably be returned.

Good ítem
Size Large, fits like a Large. Been using is for about 3 months, but honestly think it's more comfortable than my 2011 Arai RXQ.
