The backup sensor works as expected. The red mostly matches the color of the bumper on my 2004 F350 and looks good. I recommend using a Unibit instead of the hole cutter included with the kit. Hole cutters are not all that great at cutting steel. Use a Q-tip and some primer to treat the bare metal after the holes are drilled. Once the primer dries, use some touchup paint if you feel the need. For power, I just tapped the reverse light harness. As an added measure against the sensors falling out of the bumper, just apply some clear silicone on the backside (not seen) of the bumper to help hold the sensors in place. Note - if you are buying this for a very long vehicle, the cord to the monitor will not reach the dash. My F350 is a Crewcab Long Bed so it is close to 22ft long. I ended up mounting the monitor under the rear seat. The visual warning can’t be seen but the chime still works fine. No big deal. I wouldnt call this a defect since the cord is plenty long for most cars.

Color was very close to my 2012 honda accord... installation was easy and works great. I also installed backup camera and with this sensors... now backing up is easier and safer.

The product does what it is supposed to. No problems were during installation. I installed on front bumper as on back I have camera and needed to cover front angles.

Our 2017 Ford Escape came with the backup camera but not the backup sensors. The product was Easy to Install and works well. Only issue was finding a good place to mount light sensor on the dash. Would recommend for any vehicle that does not have backup sensors.

My truck just barely fits in my garage and I needed front sensors that provided a precise measurement because I literally only have a few inches to spare. These sensors do work to let you know an object is there and do display a general distance away from the object but the measurements are not precisely accurate if you need to get really close to something while parking. Thankfully I tested them before I drilled holes in my bumper. I returned the sensors.

These work great! The screen isn’t near as large as it looks in the pictures! Easy install and quick to do!

The silver matched my 03 Accord perfectly. The sensors are very accurate.

I had this professionally installed because you have to take your bumper completely off and that cost me an additional $250 and now that that's done it constantly beeps when I drive up and down the road when I'm going forward. There's a switch so you can silence it which I'm grateful for so now when I'm back up I have to somehow look forward to see the lights light up to see if I'm going to hit anything and look backward as I'm backing up which defeetes the entire purpose of why I got the device. I got it so that if I'm backing up and a ball rolls behind my car or a child runs behind my car I don't have to worry about hitting anything because an alarm would go off and I would be able to hit my brakes. My old vehicle had this and I loved it. Extremely disappointed! I went back to the place that installed it and asked if they could turn down the sensitivity on it so that it didn't constantly go off as I drove down the road and they said no. This was the way it was made. I don't want to pay a couple hundred more dollars in labor to have them remove it just so I can return it to Amazon. Do not recommend!
