Claire in Springfield4.0 out of 5 starsNice-looking, good value, imitation of a better brand.June 8, 2019Verified PurchaseThis Paper Pot is a copy of the innovative Ai Collection tissue dispenser made in Japan for which I paid four times as much (forty dollars) as this cheaply made copy. The two halves do not come together smoothly nor securely because there is no screw-threading and the fit is by awkward friction. The original Ai from Japan uses screw-threading of about a one-eighth twist, locks securely, and I can pick it up by the top and the bottom half will not separate and fall. This knock-off is just as pretty and work well anough for my use, but not as sturdy. Good value, however.

While the 40-day shipping time may be entirely the shipping company's fault, this product and the seller interaction was far less than satisfactory.Pros:- hides the toilet paper roll in a ball of plastic, as advertisedCons:- produced using cheap plastic- the thickness of the product itself is thin and feels cheap like toys you find at a dollar store- the finish of the product is an after-thought, where the mold ends is not even polished and you can see where the machines broke it off- came with scratches on the surface even though it was in the original (although beat-up) retail packaging- customer service told to be patient after one additional email kindly requesting explanation reason why it's taking more than 3 weeks to ship (I received a full 5-piece sectional sofa from china in less than 1 week)I honestly have no idea why this shell of plastic costs a good $25 but hey, it covers my toilet paper and I've learned to never buy from this seller (Kaufease) ever again.

The colored models of the Paper Pot are of an inferior quality as compared to the matte black version, which has a nicely fitted top that turns easily to lock securely to the bottom, and a quality feel to the plastic.(and for roughly the same price). I also later purchased the shiny green model. The quality of the plastic feels cheap in comparison. The ill- fitting top and bottom is very tight and does not "lock" into place. The matte black one gets five stars, the green one two.Otherwise this is a great looking and well designed product that stylishly fits in perfectly with any modern decor. I use the Paper Pot as a kleenex dispenser (it comfortably holds one small, oblong shape, pop-up box of kleenex). The tissues consistently pop-up even better than the original box. One simply removes the tissue from it's box, and folds the pile over the roller inside the lower portion of the dispenser, thread the first tissue through the top's hole, and fit the top and bottom together. The Paper Pot can also easily be used as a toilet paper dispenserMakes a great, unusual and interesting gift as well. However, stick with the matte black model!

I ordered this because the color matched the decor in my living room. It finally arrived today and it is nowhere near the advertised color. Basically, it looks and feels like a cheap plastic, primary green colored, children's toy. I'm very disappointed. wish it were worth the shipping to send it back, but instead it'll end up in the recycling.

I love these things! They were on my WishList for a long time and I kept watching the price and when it went down, I snatched them. I find them easy to reload, but you can't use a BIG box of tissues. I get the boxes that have 70 count in the long boxes and it works perfectly- I know that doesn't sound like a lot, but with two people in the apartment, two pots take a long time to run out. I have one in the living room (green) and one in the bathroom (white) and they look 1000x better than a cardboard tissue box or those ugly tissue box covers that never seem to fit right! I highly recommend them and I always get asked where I got them- I have actually seen them in a store for more than here, believe it or not. I know they're a tad expensive, but I think they're worth it.

My husband and I love the MollaSpace Paper Pot Toilet and Tissue paper holder and have purchases several more in different colors. They look so nice sitting around the house. Prior to those, my husband would have a roll of toilet paper sitting out ion end tables, nightstands, etc. in each room due to his allergies. I was so happy to find this product on amazon.com and that my husband actually uses the product. : -).

I never seem to have extra Kleenex around the house. It runs out and I don't buy more either because I can't decide between the different varieties (sensitive nose? menthol? scented??) or because I'm just cheap. Toilet paper, on the other hand, I ALWAYS have plenty of. The problem is that letting TP sit on your coffee table is kinda tacky, so this is the perfect solution. I've gotten compliments on it from so many friends, and they're always surprised to hear that residing inside that sleek green vase is a lowly roll of TP.

Our new cat seeks out and destroys all paper towel and toilet paper rolls, so I had to find something to keep the tp in. This product is perfect. The color on the site very much matches the color received (the green)--at least on my monitor. The item works perfectly.The only thing I would say is that I would *not* pay $40 for this. I got it for the marked down price of around $9.00. As it's plastic, it is definitely not worth paying full price but definitely worth it at the heavily discounted price.

I like this but the lid doesn't stay on until the roll of TP is half done.
