Is the Knife Chrome Or Black ? 120mm Blade ? What is total Lenght ?

The blade is a brushed high carbon steel and the handle is a folded bronze handle and its painted a dark brownish black color it looks good. I'm not sure on the over all length in mm but the blade is about 2inches and the handle is about 2.5

Is this a genuine higonokami?

I don't believe that the knives are original, from the time of their first appearance, if that's what you mean by genuine. But the knife is true to the style, with the extended tang for the thumb stud, the iconic curve of the blade itself, and of course only a friction lock. The blade itself is sharp and does as its meant to do: cut. A fairly decent knife, all in all. And not too bad looking either
