Can you use it to pick up balls off the ground?

No. It’s just holds the tennis balls. But the quality is terrible. My bag has a full rip on one corner and the balls fall out. Cheap product.

Can you wheel it to transport it to the court or are the wheels only for use on the court?

Yes, I wheel it from the car to the court.

Hi, Do you have extra carry bags for sale for this cart?

I don’t sell this product. I bought it and the bag ripped within a month. Couldn’t find a replacement. Had to buy the gamma brand. They carry extra bags

It come with a carry bag?

Yes; the cart folds up and slips in to carry bag.
