Not quite enough for a persistent dog
Bought it because my lowrider dog (Basset/possibly Corgi mix) kept climbing onto the center console. First she started shoving her entire face into it, which was comical. Then she weaseled her way around the side and into the front seat. And then my other dog (Am Staff mix) climbed over it and into the driver's seat while I went in a not dog friendly store to get one thing. Was worth a shot, especially since I managed to snag it at 50% off, but not quite right for our dogs. The smaller dog is too smart and the big one is too dumb.

Great for small fur babies !
My dog likes to sit in the front, but has a bad habit of wanting to jump in and out of my lap when I’m driving. He also always wants to come with me when I leave the car and won’t stay (so far, only when i’m at the gas station). I just have him in the back with this barrier up, and he has no choice but to sit his little chihuahua mix booty down and not interfere with my driving. I haven’t put anything inside of it just yet, but so far it’s been a nice barrier AND back of a seat when he gets to sit on the middle compartment !

Too small
Good idea but its barely wide enough to go between the front headrests and i have a small car. So I can not imagine putting anything inside the mesh. Im not sure if its usable or not. It seems like its stretched to its limitd

Not as good as I thought
Try using this in my daughters car and the way it attaches leaves holes on the sides so the dogs jst slipped past and came in the front seat. Needs to be a wider area so it does not leave a gap on the sides.

helps out
It's not a solution... my dog can jump over it. But it helps her know her boundaries. I had to buy some short dollar store bungees to add to the bottom to make it fit my car. It's definitely better than nothing.

Not what I hoped for
This is not wide enough and my husband had to install eye hooks to the bottom. Our dog can get through but it does help to train him to stay in the back.

Disappointed
Just the corners stretch out when installed so small dogs can still between seat and webbing. It also doesn't go high enough to keep them from jumping over top.

Not for big dogs
Couldn't hold back a dog of any large size or top energy.
