Great relief
Very effective in relieving back pain. Would buy more in future. Price is fair.

Not for everyone
I buy them all the time, expensive. They have a tendency to seem as if my skin burns (it doesn’t). My doctor told me there is something in there that is irritating my skin. I still buy them but don’t keep them on all day.
