Very impressed. Performed exactly as stated and sorted my leaky roof.
Used this to repair/seal a lead lined bay window roof and I am very impressed. The tin arrived in perfect condition, the lid was securely sealed with metal clips and the contents were complete. Tips: mix/stir very well before use to make sure the fibreglass strands are mixed back into the paint (only the black and grey paints I think). Wear a good quality face mask as the paint gives off very strong vapours. The instructions warn you of this. Apply a couple of coats depending on the nature of and damage to the surface being painted. I applied 3 coats to be sure, but the 3rd was overkill to be honest. Very pleased and impressed with the product. It's sorted the problem for me.

Does the job - will it stay pliable though
Great quality white rubberised paint. Found it a bit watery compared to another well known brand but you get a lot more - I purchased the 2.5 ltr can - and it did the trick on my roof but only time will tell if it stays pliable and doesn't cracked.

Easy to use and really works
It's a viscous rubbery paint, which cures to form a layer of rubber. It can even be used when the surface is wet or in (light) rain as it doesn't dry it cures. Apply liberally to the area and simply leave to cure, it will then turn into a rubber layer over the leaking area. The actual product seems quite expensive, but it really does the job. If you've got small leaks on say a flat felt roof this is way cheaper to use than replacing the entire roof. I've used it to two flat roofs, one with a previous self-levelling compound - that the installer had been a bit parsimonious with - and one with a 30-year-old felt roof and it's enabled me to cure the leaks of both.
