Is this the same as optibac looking for a cheaper alternative

Hi not sure if it is the same as... but it works for me ! I initially took three a day for a week - then two - then one - and now I only take one every three days unless I feel I need to - ie going away/overeating ! and my 'bodily functions' are normal for the first time in as long as I can remember - I actually feel free of worry if we are out and about.

Are these the same as the twice expensive Optibac ?

No. These aren't as effective for me and although it says they're Gluten Free in the description the bottle contains warnings about cross - contamination. Otherwise they're both 5 billion CFU so try them if they work for and you have no allergies save yourself some money!

What does non-colonising mean?

it means it passes through your gut ,does the job of eliminating candida etc and than gets out of your system the other way
