does this need a heat sink at full ratings? Does amazon have one that would fit?

I didn't see anything on Amazon for a heat sink. I always mount mine on aluminum with some heat transfer paste. Never hurts to be safe. 50A is a lot of current

does this rectifier work with ac 120 and 240 volt?

I know for sure that it works with 120 volts but not sure about 240 volts. It only got 4 pins, 2 for DC output and 2 for the AC input. Therefore, I have no clue how to hook up for 240 volts, hence the reason for not being sure.
