This Brewers yeast is the best I've tried! It actually is nearly tasteless (like others claim but aren't), it's far better than the other one I tried!! This one I can put in my oatmeal and it doesn't change the taste of it & isn't super gritty/doesn't adversely change the texture of what I put it in. The other brand I used was definitely detectable and wasn't great tasting, and couldn't be put in much without it tasting bad. But this one isn't bitter, doesn't have a bad smell or taste and it mixes into food nicely! It also has definitely helped with keeping my milk production up! I have new twins and this has helped me keep them happy and full! I just use 1 Tbsp in the morning in my oatmeal and it's helped me keep a steady milk supply! I'll be repurchasing this one for sure, and continuing to use it every day!

I truly love this brewers yeast. I normally mix a big spoon full into my coffee every morning and in my oat meal. I do feel that it does help with my milk supply. It has somewhat of a taste to it, but I honestly don’t mind it at all. Give a different flavor to my oats and coffee. You get a good amount in the bag. Not a lot of air space. I don’t feel like it helps with energy, but tbh I mix it in coffee so maybe I’m just use to being tired aha. The color is like a tan brown. You get a good amount for the price.

I repurchased this several times. It works for the milk supply and it worked quick. Do not buy lactation cookies! Those have such a small amount of yeast in each one and it’s recommended to take 1Tbl per day. I just take it all at once, using this powder. Amazing value and a bag lasted me a month, I wanna say. I mixed a tablespoon with a little milk and just shook it in a protein shaker thing. Not gritty, not a horrible or bitter taste. Kinda tastes a little like the way rising bread smells….very lightly yeasty. Foams like beer. Easy to down and I didn’t dread it. This, in conjunction with nightly magnesium glycinate pills and daily oatmeal consumption made my milk supply rise significantly more than other remedies and stay up, even while exclusively pumping, when my baby wouldn’t latch.

I’ve been using this for 2 months now and after the first day I noticed an increase in my breast milk supply as an exclusive pumper. I was usually right around 30oz per day and now am at 35oz. This stuff is pretty hard to stomach, it tastes horrible but it’s much cheaper than the “debittered” ones. I put a tablespoon in my coffee. My baby did not have any side effects from this product, but did with herbal breast feeding supplements (gas). Also, I recommend taking this first thing in the morning! At first I was taking it at night but was waking up during my 6 hour sleep stretch leaking. I use the Momcozy app to keep track of my production.

I'm having a dip in my milk output. I've been taking this for about 7 days now. I haven't noticed a huge increase if any at all but I'm still hopeful. This is the only reason I'm knocking down one star. I know the same thing might not work for everyone. I have not had it affect my body that I've noticed like digestive issues or gassy. I would say my body it taking to it well. The taste is not bad. I was trying it in my coffee. I prefer iced coffee since I'm in Texas and this humidity and heat is ridiculous right now. I can say it does not dissolve in cold coffee very good. Its more clumpy. So sometimes you can taste it in chunks. In hot coffee it is a 90% better. I will be uping my in take and start making smoothies. I feel it will blend a lot better. Have also put it in my milk when eating cereal and that was not bad.

I’ve been using this since June to add into my overnight oats to help with supply. Love that it doesn’t have a strong flavor and blends in seamlessly

Works like a charm, made my milk so rich and fatty. It had a little bit of a Oder but not bad at all. The size is perfect. I still have some a year later.

Has no taste. Added it to a latte but you can taste the consistency of it, I thought it was going to dissolve better. I will try it to a smoothie to see if I like it better. Hope it works to increase my milk supply at least.

It works wonders even tho the taste is a little weird. I have baked cookies with it, also added for my smoothie and breakfast bowls

Now, this works. But, as a last resort, i tried this, on my pitiful one oz after pumping. Im now at a point where i have to keept his up. But thr price has gone from £14 to £19 in a week. No staggered increase. That is alot because i buy two a month. I feel like it's a punitive thing for struggling mums. I assume this has been influenced or something. I do not use social media, but usually once sone has influenced it, the seller increases the price. This went from £14 to £21/22. I know how i felt when I searched for something to help my milk. i was struggling with everything. Please try and think of the customer as an individual and not a number adding zeros. These are women who can't afford a price hike like yours. Throw it in a blender with one blueberry actimel and some milk. You can't taste it. So, I've been having this for 6 weeks now. You and baby get smelly gas and bowel movements for first few weeks. It does plateau after a while. I started with a tablespoon morning and night and initially I was inundated with milk. Now it has slowed down because I have decreased how much im using. I was getting an ounce per pump at 10 weeks, I tried the capsules and they didn't work. This stuff, is amazing. Before bed I take a tablespoon in chocolate powder or sometimes just straight, depends how brave I feel. My pump can be between 90 mland 210 ml by morning. More time than not it is a good 6 oz. Unfortunately the price had gone up so much, so I'll be shopping elsewhere after this last bag

I biught this to help increase my milk supply but I think it gave my baby rashes in his face, so maybe he is allergic, not sure if it was this but I stopped it immediately.
