Solid Stage Lights that Perform!
I was delaying this review until I actually was able to use them at a gig. So the long and the short of it is this: they put out excellent light, the remotes are very handy, and most importantly: were able to withstand 100+ degree temperatures for an outdoor gig! Haven't dabbled into the DMX functionality on the lights, but imagine they'd work well with any sort of DMX setup. Though I couldn't see any sort of mic "hole" on the lights, they do have some sort of mic built into the system. What's nice is that the mic isn't overly sensitive so you can set the lights to the "sound" function and they will pick up loud sounds and change accordingly. Solid pre-programmed functions (my favorite is the fade) such as strobe, solid color, etc. Gobi lights are a nice addition to the bar as well and look good. The only "weakness" I would say are the thin metal bands that the lights connect to, but for the price, certainly expected. A pretty high quality product for the price that I would certainly recommend. I was impressed and look forward to using them a lot more in the future!
