Did not see any notation that it was not usable with a US outlet.
Not a USA type plug, made in England and had to buy an adapter.

Deberían indicar que la conexión es tipo inglesa...Es año que se puede subsanar tranquilamente siendo el voltaje de 220V cambiando el conector pero ya tienes que andar haciendo bricolaje o usar un adaptador para no perder la garantía del producto. El envío muy correcto y rápido a pesar de no ser premium. Por eso les doy la segunda estrella.

dont belioeve all the bad reviews. Some people are daft.
Reviews put me off this at first. So ordered a more expensive and a well known brand. (which had similar reviews) But it never turned up and needed one as we were in limbo. Works well, was complete and does the job well. Two sizes of head, the smaller one is great for those difficult areas. Make sure they are tight at both ends. Caution as you are working with steam.. which is hot. (you may think "derrrr" but read the reviews) use hot water not cold to fill it. It wont take long to get going. when filling, if you pull the breather / pressure release from the opposite side of the filling cap it will fill faster. But pour in slower if overflowing. Its not difficult to work that out. (again, derrrr) Only real issue I have is that its not easy to see water level. Which did cause it to cut out when empty. But it started again next time after we left it to cool down for an hour. Good bit of kit. Most defiantly worth the money.

Stromkabel nicht in Deutschland verwendbar
Leider kein Deutscher Stromstecker. Es ist nur ein dreipoliger im Paket. Wäre schön, wenn man die Beschreibung dahingehend konkretisieren könnte. Nach Austausch des Kabels funktioniert das Gerät einwandfrei und Leistungsstark. Wenn man seine Arbeit unterbrechen möchte, dann sollte man den Stecker am Gerät ziehen. Dann kann man nach erneutem Einstecken weiter arbeiten. Beim Ausstecken an der Steckdose ist ein erneutes Starten nicht möglich. Auch nicht nach abkühlen des Gerätes.

Très bon produit et efficace, par contre prévoir un adaptateur spécial pour la prise de courant, petite plaque très pratique pour passer dans les petits coins
