🏆 Review For Orgrain India Certified Organic Chia Seeds - 150 GMS 🏆✅Chia Seeds Deliver a Massive Amount of Nutrients With Very Few Calories✅Almost all of the carbohydrates in chia seeds are fiber. This gives them the ability to absorb 10–12 times their weight in water. Fiber also has various beneficial effects on health.✅Chia seeds are high in quality protein, much higher than most plant foods. Protein is the most weight loss friendly macronutrient and can drastically reduce appetite and cravings.❤️ I really like the product quality & taste.❤️ Full of aroma & Have many health benefits also.❤️ Product & Branding is Premium class . The product is excellent. It forms a homogeneous gel on adding water and is v easy to drink.I soak 1 tablespoon of chia seeds daily overnite in 1 cup of water and drink it in the morning after adding half lemon and 1 teaspoon of honey. It tastes good and the gel firm is soo smooth that I am able to drink it with straw too.it has no distinct flavour.I have seen no impurities so far . It is a real value for money. I totally recommend it to everyone who wants to add this in his or her diet.I feel energetic throughout the day after drinking this in the morning.
