The initial one I received did not work as advertised. I simply sent it back to Amazon and received a refund. A couple of weeks later the seller reached out to me asking why I returned it and I explained that once it charged to 100% it dropped to about 92% immediately after unplugging it. I was looking for something reliable and did not want to turn it on one day when I really needed it and there would be little to no charge, etc. The seller offered to send me another one to try as they suspected this one was most likely defective. I agreed to the offer and I have to say that it works great. It holds the charge at 100% after unplugging it, only used about 20% of the charge to charge my 6s+ that was at about 40%. Bank itself charges quickly. It's compact, lightweight and very portable. The unsolicited customer service I received was fantastic....I wish I had given them the opportunity to make this right at the very beginning. I would definitely buy from them again!!

Pros: With proper cables charges Samsung and iPhones multiple times fairly quickly Charger itself re-charges fairly quickly Charger holds charge really well, I've left it in my purse for a couple weeks and it stayed at 100% It has charged Samsung from almost dead and only uses maybe 25% of charger. Small size is nice for pockets and purses I really like the display that shows how much charge it hasOnly con: I don't think it is particularly lightweight for its size, so it can be a bit awkward to hold it and your phone in your hand. (I have one that weighs about the same as this, but its profile is close to the same as a cell phone, so it's easy to stack and hold them) It is not heavy, really, just heavier than you'd expect to look at it.Overall, I'm very very happy with it. Plus I got it as a lightning deal, but would pay the normal price if I need to replace it or need another one. Would recommend.

I brought this charger as a gift for my sister, so I had to try it out before giving it to her. Cons: It was a little heavier than I had hoped and took a little longer to charge my iPhone than I hoped. Pros: It is compact, shows % of power available and will work nicely for my sister to use in or out of her car. She uses her cellphone constantly so she needs power on demand to keep chatting. The visual display will remind her to charge it.

I have an iPhone SE so probably it doesnt use as much power as some of the newer phones, but charging it to full from a few percentage uses 20% of the charge on this battery according to the display, so I could probably get five full charges from it. Just be aware it is just the battery, no charging cable no bag. The size is good to fit even in a smaller handbag although it's a bit heavy, and I like knowing clearly how much charge it has.Update after a few months: One issue with using this device is that I have to plug my phone into the cable, then the cable into the battery to get it to start charging. If I ever take the phone off the cable but leave the cable plugged in, it will not start charging the phone if I re-attach it, I must take the cable out of the battery and reattach it. Also the button on the side does not seem to do anything at all anymore. It still works fine if I follow the order of plugging it in, and holds a charge very well, so I will continue to use it.

UPDATE to say I’d give this thing more than 5 starts if I could! This gets used almost every day, sometimes more than once. It’s still working like new. I’m thrilled with it.The only drawback of this charger is that if you use your device while it is charging, it seems to drain the charger much faster, which makes sense I guess. I carry this in my purse with a cable for my phone and my blue tooth ear buds. It's so nice to be able to recharge as needed without needing to find an open outlet wherever you are. May be giving some as Christmas gifts this year. Shh its a secret

The first item I noticed about this portable charger is its well built. The case is solid, no squeaking plastic sound when you grip or apply pressure. The USB outputs (2) are amazing, great tight fit, no movement side to side and stay in. This tight strong fit is extremely important not just for good connection, but for longevity of the charger. I have had many cheaper portable chargers and the number one item that goes bad is the USB jack. Nothing worse than a perfectly good power source that has a short in the input or output.. This one is very solid, I expect to last as long as the battery cycle allows.The 0-99 cycle level readout is great, know what you have left and if you need a good charge for the day ahead. I love the mini-usb and USB-C inputs to charge, as I have many different hungry electronics and may have one or the other around close to charge. I don't have to go looking for a cable.This 10,000 mah unit is a little heaver than I expected, but with it being half the length of the usual phone length style, I really like it. Being so well built adds some to the weight but worth it.2 outputs, two inputs (mini & usb-c), digital read out, small size and well built at a great price make this a easy choice for a casual user to a diehard power consumer. Highly Recommend!
