Enzymes are properly rated for activity. They are tested for digestive capabilities, which vary by each enzyme. Weight is meaningless without an enzyme rating. For example, bromelain can come in various strengths: 600 GDU/gram, 2,400 GDU/gram, etc. Knowing the activity rating gives a measure of strength; weight does not.

Q: Is this made with fungal enzymes?

It says they are plant enzymes; no mention of any fungal enzymes.
