It works very well. I like the fact that it has a little knob on top that I can close off to start the pumping and once I get it started, it’s continuous draining of the water. I am using it for my fish tank.

I had one of these for over 25 yrs. Used it for siphoning gas out of motorcycles, snowmobiles , ect. Works great. When if finally wore out I was glad to see it was still availble. If you need something that is easy to use and works great, get one.

This inexpensive siphon is just perfect to use for siphoning my outdoor birdbath water into a pail when I regularly clean it. I purchased an additional 2' piece of plastic tubing so I could sit the pail on the driveway to collect the water from the manual siphon that is ABOVE the level of the pail. It is great and simple to use. Squeeze bulb handle to start the siphon going and put other end in lower pail below. Once started it will continue but keep checking and restart if air gets in. Love it. It helps to use a copper birdbath disc which sits in the birdbath and slows algae and rinse occasionally.

This is not the siphon of the kerosene heater era. The tube doesn't even reach to the bottom of a 5 gallon container. Simply does not work. No matter how tight the vent there is air in the siphon. Even trying to pump it does not work. I pulled it apart in frustration and threw it away. JUNK

Doesn't keep going once you get water through... you must keep squeezing. Its kind of sloppy and frantic feeling. However, once you get the hang of it, it's perfect. I only need to take small amounts of water out of my fish tanks a week for my calatheas. It goes from tank to water pitcher.

Great tool for the price. When I first ordered it it said I would get it the next day along with something else I ordered. Four days later I had to call Amazon and ask them where the package was. We figured out it was lost and that was an Amazon logistics problem, not the seller. Amazon is slipping a bit lately. I believe the seller was good and the product is a good value.

Muy fácil de usar. La compré para drenar el depósito de gasolina y aditivo de mi motosierra. Sólo falta ver la durabilidad de los materiales. No soy leñador y mucho menos de tiempo completo. Por eso espero que me dure mucho tiempo.

The item arrived damaged the plastic hose was folded to its braking point with the result of never being round but stayed squashed and passing oil or liquids was not as easy. Too expensive for what it is. DO NOT BUY.

Ich war skeptisch… Diese Pumpe ist allerdings sehr potent. Ich nutze sie um Sprit von einem Kanister in mein Notstromaggregat zu bekommen. Das klappt super ohne Schütten und andere Sauereien.
