It is the best eye pencil. You can use it as eye shadow also. Can be very light or intensified as reapplying. I am very happy and highly recommend this eyepencil. Stays long time, causes no crease Easy to remove iot too.

Perfect Color!
This is a perfect color for every day use, or when you're not sure what color to use as a liner. It goes on smooth, no tugging, glides over the lid and stays on well (even overnight) without smearing. It's a great product, good color and I highly recommend Sue Devitt Beauty.

The BEST eyeliner!
This is the best eyeliner. It goes on smoothly but doesn't smudge (unless you want it to) and stays all day.

Great for Hazel Eyes
The only reason this did not get an automatic 5 stars is because I find I have to powder it and reapply or it tends to vanish. When I use face powder, however, it stays in place and really highlights my hazel eyes.
