Great replacement for chrome one.
For 14 and a half years I've had a chrome drain that came with the house when I built it. I finally had to change it because the other one was dented and semi-corroded. This one fit perfectly and looks great. Couldn't have asked for better. The screws were a bit hard to get into the old slots but I used a cordless drill with a Phillips head bit to get things going a little easier. Overall, great purchase and great quality. Not flimsy at all.

Quick and easy to swap out.
Exactly what I needed. One word of note. I bought this to replace one that is visually identical but which had corroded around the edges. It turns out that the screws that came with this were different than the originals. I had to re-use them. That's no big deal,nor is it the fault of this vendor. It's just a warning to keep careful track of the old ones in case you need them.

For new Stand Up Shower
Perfect drain cover for our newly renovated stand up shower in the main bedroom. Easy to install and clean but the only issue is that the paint started to peel off and off is black now and the rest is chrome. This was only after 2 months of use. For that we had to leave a three-star review rating.

Screw Holes Are Not As Pictured
I needed a grate where the screw holes were close to the edges, as pictured in the product's images. What I received had the holes much closer together. I was not able to use this.

Very nice, and solid.
The product description gave the impression this strainer drain cover was plastic. I was pleased when it arrive, it is solid metal and sufficiently thick. Best of all it the screw holes lined up with the existing drain. We'd tried Home Depot, Lowe's & Home Hardware for a product like this with no luck.
