Are the straps comforable?

The straps are very comfortable. I carried this loaded through Disneyworld for a week with no problem.

Are either of the grey bags shiny like the video of the black?

I got the black one. It’s not shiny. Very very good quality product. Lots of room for everything!

Has anyone used this as a breast pump bag?

No, not sure how you would set it up.

how do you wash the backpack?

We have found, using a white rag/towel works best. Completely wet the rag with cold/luke warm water and apply a small amount of soap powder or dishwashing liquid to the rag. Wring out half of the water (wet, but not dripping water everywhere). Wipe the inside/outside of the bag with water and soap. Then rinse the rag of any remaining soap (just water) and re-wipe the bag to remove any remaining soap residue. Dry inside/outside of bag with dry rag/towel . Allow the bag to completely dry before use (2-4 hours).
