Externally in perfect condition but no working well, does take ages to start. Will return the item.

Pro:It arrived well packed and with what appears to be a new power supply.Its size, weight and tactile keyboard.The main uses my wife would use it for are word processing and social media.Con:Has the older HFS+ rather than the newer APFS. The laptop is running the Mojave OS but unable to upgrade to either Catalin or Big Sur as it requires APFS. This isn't a problem for my wife though.

Excellent product as to be expected from Apple, as it is a renewed model I was impressed with the quality and condition the MacBook was in. But had an issue with it when paired up with my iMac . However the seller got it returned, sorted and back to me within a week at no extra cost. It working well now and I am very happy. Buying electronics online is not a problem especially with blue chip brands such as Apple, however if there is a problem that’s when you know how good the seller is and as stated I was really impressed by the actions and constant communication from this seller, I will be buying from this seller again.
