Worth trying
Really good. Only gave it 4 stars as it made my lip a bit tight and uncomfortable. I can imagine the lip balm is good although I've only applied it a couple of times. I was told I probably put too much of the serum on so I will definitely use it again as it came highly recommended.

Works well.
As a long time sufferer I was recommended to use this stuff by a friend a few years ago. It seems to last for ages you don't need to use much of it. As soon as I feel a cold sore I stick this stuff on and helps dry it out in no time. I can only compare it to glue so if you get it wet it will come off, so works best if they're on the outside of the lip. Much prefer this over the patches as it stays in longer.Only downside is it's so hard to find it in the UK which also means it's expensive. However it's a small sacrifice as I find it works really well!!

this cream is fantastic for cold soars , i purchased this in TENERIFE LAST YEAR because i had lots of cold soars and i found it was really very good so when i ran out of it i searched the internet for it and found it on this sitebrilliant

Bad luck if you need stuff like this but try them. They are better than most other remedies.

Excellent Product
Herpatch is honestly the best product I have ever tried for cold sores. It is the only thing that really works for me and I would recommend it to everyone.The only downside is the expiry date is quite short. I ordered in June 2026 and it already expires in February 2027 which is less than 9 months.Still my number one choice!
