This item is amazing. Being a newbie to "building" my own PC, I quickly learned how every little detail matters. When I thought I could forgo using it, I stood corrected immediately. My processor overheated and shut the whole computer down. So I can genuinely say that it performs the way it's supposed to. A little goes a long way so it's quite easy to apply. I had to wipe some off the sides and it was easy to clean off. It is a very strong glue so once I cleaned it off, it stuck and I've had no problems. I play Sims so you know that's a LOT of time spent so I can say the performance is amazing. For the noise level, there is none. It hear absolutely nothing after the computer starts up. If you are building a PC, definitely use it. You will need it. No questions.

Used this for some maintenance work on some older gaming laptops I got, the application was easy enough after application I ran some thermal stress tests and it seems to have done its job well leaving my temps keeping steady and within good operating conditions. It’s not super thick it spread decently, it stuck to the components enough for me to not worry about application..overall I have no complaints so far- I have little experience with thermal paste but I’m not unhappy with the ease of application/results.

I bought this ARCTIC MX-4 thermal paste because I needed to replace both Peltier modules (electronic cooling chips) in my dual-zone wine chiller. The modules are about 1.5 inches square on each side. Completely removing the old paste from the heat sinks was the most time-consuming part of the job. The 4 gram quantity in the tube was more than enough paste to cover both sides of each module (four surfaces), making this a great value for what I paid. I learned from the web that the best way to spread the paste thinly and evenly on the surfaces was to apply sparingly from the tube, then smooth it out evenly using a razor blade. That method worked very well for me. The paste is easy to spread but takes a little time to get it down to a very thin but uniform layer across the entire surface. Cleaning the paste off the razor blade was quick and easy, using a dry paper towel. The key to getting a good heat transfer layer is uniformity in application, not speed. Proper application of thermal paste to heat transfer surfaces will minimize the run time of attached cooling fans, making your device less noisy in the long run. My wine chiller is back in service and I'm a happy camper! I would definitely purchase this brand of thermal paste again.

Ho acquistato l'ARCTIC MX-4 (formato da 4g) per sostituire la vecchia pasta termica sul mio processore e sono rimasto estremamente soddisfatto dei risultati. Questa pasta termica è un vero punto di riferimento nel settore e capisco perché sia così apprezzata. Facile Applicazione e Grande Efficacia L'applicazione della pasta è stata semplice e pulita, la consistenza è giusta per stenderla facilmente. Ma dove si vede la vera differenza è nelle temperature! Ho applicato l'MX-4 sul mio Intel Core i3 4160 (Haswell) e i risultati parlano da soli. Come si può vedere dalla schermata di Core Temp, le temperature del mio processore si mantengono estremamente basse anche sotto carico leggero/medio: Core #0: 20°C (Minima 20°C) Core #1: 17°C (Minima 17°C) Queste temperature sono davvero eccellenti e garantiscono un'ottima stabilità e longevità del processore. Anche sotto stress prolungato, l'MX-4 mantiene le temperature ben sotto controllo, evitando throttling e garantendo le massime performance. Ich habe mir die ARCTIC MX-4 zugelegt, um meinen Gaming-PC aufzurüsten, da die Temperaturen meiner CPU in letzter Zeit ziemlich hoch waren. Nach dem Auftragen bin ich von den Ergebnissen wirklich begeistert! Das Auftragen war super einfach - selbst für jemanden, der nicht jeden Tag am PC schraubt, sollte es kein Problem darstellen. Die Konsistenz ist perfekt: nicht zu flüssig, nicht zu zäh. Es lässt sich gleichmäßig verteilen, ohne dass man Angst haben muss, etwas falsch zu machen. Die Kühlleistung ist beeindruckend. Meine CPU läuft jetzt konstant 8–10 °C kühler als vorher, auch unter Last. Das macht sich besonders beim Gaming bemerkbar: Der Lüfter muss nicht mehr so hoch drehen und der ganze PC läuft deutlich ruhiger. Preis-Leistung ist unschlagbar! Für den Preis bekommt man hier wirklich Premium-Qualität. Die 4g Tube reicht locker für mehrere Anwendungen. Habe gleich die Leitpaste bei meiner Verlobten getauscht und die Tube im Freundeskreis weitergereicht. (kleiner Tipp an dieser Stelle: alte Paste immer zuerst restlos entfernen! Am leichtesten geht es mit einem Mikrofasertuch und etwas Desinfektionsmittel - hier aber nicht übertreiben, es soll danach schließlich trocken sein, bevor man die neue Paste aufträgt) Sicherheit ist wichtig - da die Paste nicht elektrisch leitend ist, muss man sich keine Sorgen um Kurzschlüsse machen. Die Verpackung wirkt hochwertig und der Authenticity Check gibt zusätzliche Sicherheit, dass man auch wirklich das Original bekommt. Fazit: Klare Kaufempfehlung! Ob für Standard-PCs oder Gaming-Rigs - die MX-4 macht ihren Job zuverlässig und effizient. Würde ich jederzeit wieder kaufen.
