I liked that It's easy to put the included salt in & it's easy to use. When I'm watching a video or anything one can just breath the salt air in. I think it helps, hard to say so early in use.Good to put it on a dish or saucer etc as a very few tiny bits of salt come through the holes in the bottom but it's not a problem.Mine came with a different name printed on it—'Mockins salt inhaler.' but it's the same thing.I like the green color & it's a nice shape & feel good in. the hand.Seems the best deal of all the makes I looked at.

She has been able to stop her asthma med.I started using it and 3 days later I was able to stop my asthma med. I talked to my pulmonologist about it. He said my lungs sound great and if it works keep doing it. Before I received it unfortunately I had just sent in for a 3 month supply of my inhaler which was $225.00. Compared to this product that works so much better and is only $15. Saves me a lot of money. It calms me when I’m having allergy symptoms. I find it relaxing to use, I guess from the rhythmic breathing. I’ve been recommending it to my friends. I was amazed at how well and how quickly I saw results. I only notice a slight saltiness on my first or second breath. It’s not bad at all.

Good product but the salt it came with wasn’t the best quality kinda fine particles recommended chunky rock salt. Other than that product is good.

I use pink Himalayan salt for everything, but never even thought you could inhale it. All I can say is WOW! Who knew inhaling pink Himalayan salt could clear up dripping sinuses, clear congestion and make breathing easier? I am totally amazed with its simplicity and wonderful healing. After owing for only a week or two I’m breathing easy, my summer allergies are non existent and I feel great.Living in a house with 8 rescue cats one needs all the help they can get when it come to clear respiratory wellness and this delivers it hands down. My only regret is I did not find this little gem sooner!Just 3, 5 minute sessions a day and I’m good to go. If your on the fence, get off and get one of these you’ll be glad you did.

Having minor lung ailments I wanted to try salt therapy. Got this one after it was clear winner of Amazon by reviews and recommendations.The design is solid and has a nice feel in your hand.I like how the air flows through the base of salt as you inhale through the mouth. While it may look odd sitting out, at least it’s a good conversation starter!Taking off one star as first had a chipped mouthpiece and replacement has large crack in base. Filled it in with putty and should work fine. Just sucks having to repair your new item before you can use it. Ok. Two stars.

I ordered this at the suggestion of my pulmonologist. It's difficult to tell if its working, since you simply put the salt in it, then inhale through the little hole, supposedly pulling the salt ions into your lungs. Exhale away from the device. I haven't had or used it long enough to need to add more salt. I don't know if it eventually just evaporates, or what - in order to add more.

I inhaled particles into my lungs. everyday I seem to be getting worse. I'm seeking medical treatment nowDo not use this product.the inside is not glazed and clay dust remained. the salt should be rinsed too.they do not warn you or offer instructions to wash it before you use, but I wouldn't use this at all. I regret it now,my health is in jeopardy

I had been experiencing shortness of breath due to many health issues, but allergies were aggravating the situation and making it impossible to consistently get a deep breath and it was causing constant headaches and pain. I wanted to avoid going on medication type inhalers or oxygen if possible so I gave this a try first. I was breathing normally after three 5 minute uses. I now use it twice a day for 5 minutes at a time and I can breath clearly through my nose and mouth. I do recommend consulting a doctor if you can't breath. I am under the care of doctors and specialists whom I consulted before trying this product.
