I like the ease of use, but since it does not retract well, it is difficult to measure smaller distances--such as around arms. They did replace a unit that refused to retract immediately, but I have found that the replacement is suffering from the same problem as well.

Love it. Not durable enough for me using at work 10 times a day.Would be perfect for personal use.

The tape that measures circumferences is ingenious and easy to use. The results are reliable-if you measure again, you will get the same answer. The cloth tape that comes as a bonus is just like your grandmother's, and it is always handy to have another one.

Is not the same as the photo - doesn't have the black piece on the end to insert the loose part into a hole to secure the tape. Doesn't always retract well, and doesn't seem to hold well and will retract on its own. Website provided for use instructions doesn't work. Though it seems strange to need instructions, with it starting at 2" and not specifying if there is an adjustment to add to your measurements, things just don't add up. Adding an inch "for the curve" seems excessive, as moving the tape down into the curve doesn't yield an extra inch of tape used. All said, this is a waste of money.

The tape measure is off by an inch.It is missing the first inch and starts at 2.Disappointed that quality and accuracy wasn’t a priority.

Good buy. I like how you can lock it in and push the button to tighten it up.

Love the ease of this tape measure. I was in a diet program and needed to do my measurements weekly. So easy to use and big enough numbers for ease of reading. Would recommend
