Excellent product.Make sure you insert the sim properly. There is a mechanism to cling sim into the slot. Push the sim deep into the slot till you hear a click sound. Same goes with Memory card as well.The only drawback would be the lack of memory, which needs to be adjusted with alternative resources.

After using it about 15 days good product by micromax , everything is working fine and good battery back up except wifi hotspot not working . For that i have installed Lenovo share it, using this transfer is getting done rest wifi and cellular sim connection is good i have used extra 64 gb of memory card , but i have not Used external 500gb or 1 tb hard disk though it is nice product by micromax, thanks amazon .

The product had manufacturing defects right from the beginning. The adaptor was not charging properly. And repairing is not easy as the hardware is customized and its components are not readily available in market.So, I would recommend to increase your budget and go for better product because it serves no purpose.

Could be a great product if there was a extra storage included inbuit, it didn't support external HD

Pros:Complete set of ports 1 micro HDMI, 1 micro USB, 2 usb ports with 3.5 jack makes the laptab complete hunk.Sound is goodScreen is crispNice design and wonderful to handle.Cons:Heavier with keyboardCamera is not goodScreen guard provided is of bad qualityNo earphones includedAt the end it is worth at 15,499.For use of less than office work it is worth the price and config.

battery stopped working after one month....got it repaired and have the same trouble again after 6 days...please dont buy

Have some Graphic instability. But otherwise perfect. Bit Heavy as it really luks. Very Stylish Sharp decent luk. No Hardware support for Hotspot facility which is a turn off actually.
