Packaging looked cheap and completely not like that shown by seller. Will now have to buy something suitable for gifting. Also Engraved text disappointingly small and insignificant

My husband ordered this as a last minute mothers day gift as id smashed my last one washing up.Not only was it done really quickly ( with extra charge for fast delivery) it is a really thick glass and the engraving finished it off lovely.I was one happy mammy on mother's day when I opened it with no idea that my husband had ordered it.

Was a bit wary I had not got my engraving instructions to the seller, so I had sent multiple times, but should not have worried as they e-mailed me to check it was correct. It arrived within 3 days and it's lovely, exactly as I pictured it to be, marvellous engraving on a good sturdy glass. Well pleased.

I thought the writing could have been spread out over the front of the glass instead of just at the top it makes it look bare!! a bit disappointed

I bought 2 of these as gifts from my kids to their aunt and uncle for christmas. Im absolutely delighted with them. I contacted the seller and asked for personalisation that wasn’t specified on there post and the results are great, im over the moon with them and i know my sister and her partner will be thrilled wth the results. for personalised items they were delivered very quickly too and they are presented in a nice navy box. Would definitely purchase again!
