Appears to work fine, but please keep in mind that after several attempts to remove these screens with professional hot air stations, taking much time and not rushing, it never fails that i damage the lcd under the glass. Be also aware that the screen has a plastic top layer that will ripple under the heat necessary to remove it without damage. A successful removal would take knowledge of exactly the spots that are susceptible to the easiest damage, which for me were the two bottom corners of the lcd screen. I thought that i had succeeded on my last attempt, but after replacing the battery and charging port, i hooked up the screen and the lower half was dead. Try at your own risk.

My old battery had swelled up and expanded in the phone after i dropped it one day. It didn't power on. It didn't hold much charge prior when it died. My screen and touch are working after replacement. The plastic top layer on the screen looks like a dried up desert with micro cracks top to bottom, but this is only visible in light with the screen off. Battery holds huge charge compared to my old one. On arrival Samsung logos were scratched off on my battery. My battery already had black adhesive pad applied to back just had to set it in place. Great fit and easy install.

Although the battery seems to work, I do not recommend this purchase. I got the screen out without breaking it. When I got the phone back together the bottom of the screen was all white so basically ruined the phone.

After a few days of installing this product, the condition of my phone remained the same. It constantly powers down without being instructed to. I am also unable to use my phone unless it is plugged in. As soon as I unplug my phone, within a few seconds it shuts down, then I have get a charger as quickly as possible. I know it is a battery problem because all other functions operate if kept plugged in. This makes it difficult for me because a cell phone should be easily portable but having to always use it while on charge makes it very cumbersome.My advice to prospective buyers of this product? DO NOT purchase this product as it is truly a waste of money.I would also like the company to compensate me on my purchase because I have reason to believe I have gotten an old, used up battery, which serves no purpose to me.

I haven't used this yet but I am sure it will be fine.

It's hard to replace batteries in a Galaxy S7. Screens can crack when pulling apart, even with a heat gun... so I got a professional to install

Changing a screen is not as easy as YouTube videos make it look but this kit was a huge help

Dislike that it requires a heat gun to install, an i was excited about getting battery an kit u still haven't installed it
