Clay Pot Rice Cooker - digital Slow Cooker for cooking F401B,4.0-Liter

If there is zero star I will give zero, I spend almost $110 dollars to buy this product. I received at 09/23/2018. I only used one time, today when I try to use again it doesn’t work anymore, I cannot even turn it on anymore. Seriously I thought product like this will have great customer service, also i really like this multiple functions of this product, so I called amazon, but they told me there is no replacement only return and rebuy again. Which means I have to wait another almost 2 weeks to get a new working one again

I use for cook rice and clay pot rice, I like this cooker is very convenient for me to set the time cook rice before I go to work and when I get home from work the rice is done .

Upon opening the package, the rice measuring cup is already cracked at the bottom and the soup scoop that should be included with the rice cooker is also missing. The power cord is too short, the inner lid is not removable for cleaning. Very disappointed — returning it.

Regular rice cookers have terrible pots that gets scratched up and rice begins to stick to the bottom. With the clay pot it's a lot easier to clean in my opinion. But the first unit I received was damaged the cooker was slanted.

Don't waste your money to buy this product, because no reurn after one month and no replacement at all!I used it around twenty times ,it stop work on last weeked, and the rice only half cooked !I tried to contact the seller, but nobody reply to me!I won't never buy any thing from this seller and this brand again!

Easy operation and clean

I was very happy to try to cook some rice with my new cooker. half way through the cooking process I smelled like electrical wire burning then some smoke came out of the back, and it turned off. now it is totally dead, plugged it in and I get nothing. very disappointed
