My dog loves it... After having my dog tested for intolerances and sensitivities this was the food I was advised to get as well as making other changes to her diet and environment and she has greatly improved

Postman eating my dog biscuits?!
Third bag that I’ve had where the packaging is open, I’ve had to refuse the first 2 bags & then accept the last one even with a substantial amount missing. Can’t find the company’s details to phone or message. Impossible to contact. Hoping to hear something back from posting this. Please use a different courier or package the item better. Sticking a label on a 12kg bag isn’t working. I dread to think how many other people this has happened too.

Excellent Quality product!
My Dog loves this food! Packaging needs to be stronger though, as bag opened twice out of 4 deliveries.

The size of the kibble is different!
If you bought the 7kg before, you should know the 12kg bag contains a different size of kibble (huge!) so it won't necessarily be suitable for your dog.... Would have been nice to put that on the label or product title.

Mes chiens adorent ces croquettes et ne mangent que celles la. La taille est assez grosse mais mes petits chiens les croquent bien. Bonne digestion pour tout le monde !

Unser Hund ist eine Diva was das Fressen angeht: Entweder es schmeckt ihr nicht, und sie frisst einfach Nix, oder sie bekommt sofort Durchfall und Erbrechen. Dieses Futter hier ist das einzige welches sie frisst UND verträgt. Der Preis ist allerdings hoch, und bei dieser lächerlichen Spurenmenge von „einer gesunden Mischung“ aus Obst und Gemüse zu sprechen ist eine Frechheit. Wenn man mal auf die Zutatenliste schaut, merkt man, dass in dem ganzen 12kg Sack wohl kaum mehr als ein oder zwei Prisen diesen „gesunden“ Gemisches enthalten ist. Dass sich hier großartige gesundheitliche Vorteile für das Tier entwickeln halte ich persönlich für sehr unwahrscheinlich.
