I like the quality of this product. I'm sure it's not solid brass, however, it looks and has the feel of good quality. Makes a nice addition to my boat and nav station.

THE PHOTOS DO THIS SET NO JUSTICE. EVERYTHING IS WRAPPED. THE WOODEN CASE IS VERY UNIQUE AND BEAUTIFULLY FINISHED. THE INSTRUMENTS ALSO TIGHTLY WRAPPED ARE MAGNIFICENTLY FINISHED TO A MIRROR LIKE FINISH. THE HINGES ARE TIGHT AND VERY WELL DONE. THE SHAPES ARE VERY ACCURATE TO THOSE OF YESTERYEAR AND BRING INTEREST OF WHAT THE SEA GOING MAPPING WAS LIKE IN THE VERY EARLY TIMES OF OCEAN TRAVEL. NEEDLESS TO SAY I AM VERY SATISFIED AND PLEASED OF WHAT I NOW OWN.

It came promptly was well packed and a beautiful addition to my nautical display. Would highly recommend it.

Packaged very well. The one-handed dividers go the most questions from family. Box was undamaged and very secure.However the center pin really needs be a bit more loose on mine. Very difficult to open the lid

When I received it, it arrived in a triple package enclosure! Then each piece was double wrapped in paper and plastic. The wooden box is simply stunning. Each instrument is a precision tool! It is a great self gift! Now, what I believe is missing, a Brass Protractor and a Nautical Parallel Ruler and you are done!

This was for my daughter who goes for Civil engineering. It's a nice looking peace. I think it's more for display then anything else. Very nice looking and the packaging was good. No scratches. Love it

While setbis much more than I was expecting. Very good quality. Excellent set.
