Metal handle cracked and broke in a week
We bought this one after a previous one was doing a good job. But when this arrived we noticed that it had a metal handle compared to other plastic handle. Within a week of use the handle cracked and then broke exposing wires inside the handle. Would like to contact the sellers to return this piece and suggest that only plastic handle ones be continued.

Sturdy
I didn't expect the kettle to quite as big. I was looking for a non-plastic kettle and this fits the bill. No-nonsense design, looks sturdy, and the water level gauges are on the inside of the kettle. Serves the purpose because really, what more can you expect? I only use this for boiling water.

Electrical wire is very very small (the length of the wire is 15" inches only very small) once heating the surface also heating

I got phone holder insted of kettle.this is ridiculous.
I didnt like any thing .instead of kettle i got phone holder..ridiculous.i dont wanna rate this.
